So off in few minutes. I have a travel partner. A friend of the couple I was staying with who could not afford a plane ticket to Oregon for the Holiday. It will help break up the god awful monotony of Idaho and Eastern Oregon. I have to grab some stuff at my sisters anyways so it is no big deal. A plus is that she likes lucero and drag the river so we will have something to talk about.

Got some serious ass hauling in yesterday. I80 in Wyoming was a breeze. Saw no cops, gas was cheap. The long straight roads gives one time to ponder......I saw a car load of girls probably 18 at a gas station and the word Ida-hoes popped in my head. They had idaho tags.....

Saw some creepy Mormon propaganda too welcoming home an elder. Emmons I think. But it was enough to kill off any cool landscape thoughts.

And how the music scene in Denver is slowly dying, it was once a bed of great local music. But alas with any trend it sees the light and the light slowly fades. Might be the economy might be changing tastes. When you start seeing more metal bands playing good or bad that it is in rough shape. I love some metal but some I have a hard time seeing. One bar in particular is for sale and it is an old haunt of mine. Too bad. I had a lot of fun there.

Ok, more pondering later. I need to put in a good 12 hours today and I hope this girl has a drivers license....and does not mind lee scratch perry.......
