Had a great time touring some of austin's underbelly this weekend, getting settled in more and getting the web hosting thing going for a page and ftp transfer site for artists to put up their music and for me to have it available for them to download samples and albums. not very exciting....
I am also working with a sales consultant to develop a strategy for bringing in more business......I'll try off hours rates and things like that since I am booked up to my armpits through November.......
I'm not catholic but this time of year it is nice to shed some of the vices for a bit and have them rebloom around sxsw.........I have cut back on the cigs and weezy and no brown booze for at least 3 weeks........Good for the mind to clear up the haze for abit.
After sxsw it is off for my last production trip to jamaica. 6 years of remastering libraries, transfers and clean up of old 7 inches and some tapes........Been a long and fun project........I hope it sees the light of day as a box set or something like that......I know there are hundreds of songs.......
