Back to work today. Now normally I would be all grumpy but I am actually looking forward to it. I am going back on evening, the busiest shift (no surprise there) and I have a good partner for this block of shifts... unlike the past three blocks where i have been bouncing around between two of the not so bright people on our shift. Your partner really makes or breaks a job.
