A boy might be keen on me, but I feel like everytime I talk to him I'm under the influence of some substance. Because the last 3 times, I have been.

But he's very charming. And I like his voice. I find myself being giddy and I think it's a little premature.

Sigh. I don't know what to do. He lives 6 hours away.

Wow, talk about a nice intro-timing comment from my end...Recently recovering /I hope\ from flu/etc...Honestly, the substance part is entirely up to you, but I'd try things once without and see what happens. Not a must, but it gives a different point of view on the matter. Enjoy yourself(always) and stay safe...I think that about covers it.
