The sleeplessness continues...
Today my attempt to recharge my batteries was ruined by construction workers next door, the maid downstairs, my roommate's piano students in the living room, my landlord playing Call of Duty full blast through his new soundsystem, and now my roommate dragging 5 dudes home to smoke in our living room. Mind you, my room is right next to it, and I have no door... only a curtain hanging from a rod.
I hate being mean, but enough is enough. I kicked the smokers out after they decided to open all the windows to air the place out. It's 35 degrees out!!!
So now I'm freezing and sleep deprived and so mad I can't get back to sleep.
Everytime I finally drift off, something else wakes me... I forget what 8 hours of sleep feels like...
Does anyone else feel like they're always chasing sleep?
I'm so ready to move. I hope my new place and my new roommates will let me sleep...
On a brighter note, I booked my flight today! I leave for Cali on Jan 22
