Happy New Year everyone!

I've missed a whole month; you may have noticed my pattern by now. Short bursts of updating then slackness, then another burst.

I keep coming back to SG to see what's going on; I never know what to write so I avoid updating my page. I keep doing this until it is clear that I absolutely have to

I have been spending a lot of time with another website as well, flickr.com it's a nice site, if anyone is interested in photography it's a very cool place to share and discuss photos.

I'm thinking of going to New Zealand in a couple of weeks, my family is having an unveiling for my granddads tombstone. I would love to go, I'm not sure if I want to take my daughter though. I would love to make this an adventure where my brother and I take a car, drive up to where my tribe has a marae (a tribal meeting house) stay there and just have some fun. I have been thinking for a while about taking photos of my family and culture, especially the Maori side of the family, this would be a good opportunity to do that, I think a lot of the family is going to be there.

I hope its not too late to come up with some New Year resolutions, I havent even thought about goals for years.
