I just wasn't prepared to go back to work, I had to leave early - one must ease back into the mayhem. Besides strong southwesterlies + bored retriever = great hike to the beach 
And as it started getting dark and I realized there was a solid hike back up the cliffs, I caught 6 eagles playing in the wind over the trees atop the cliffs - I so wish I was up there with them... here's one of 'em
I'll give it a solid effort in the office tomorrow, but I'm so taking friday off

My new work year would have been a lot more productive if some of my colleagues had showed up
I know exactly what you mean, I'm having the toughest time getting any work done right now.
