Hello my freaky people. It is spring break and I am wiring and drywalling my bathroom. It was a mess to begin with. I ripped everything out, including the ceiling and I started from scratch. I am done with the shower, fully tiled even the ceiling, and now I must put new walls on before I will tile the floor. Hopefully I can do all oif this before this weekend. I also have to buy a new car. I think I might be going down to Houston and getting it there. I am thinking about a new F150 FX4. I could really use a pick up truck. Yayy! I can be so hillbilly in my pickem up truck. Yeee haw!
If I go down to H-town I will be drinkin' at the Alabama Ice House on west alabama and hazard just down from cactus books and not quite to the smoke and toke near the fiesta. Kast time I was there some guys were riding those old time bikes where you sit over the one huge wheel, they were funky. Well, gotta get to work, these walls won't build themselves. I got an air powered nail gun, THWAP THWAP! it makes framing in walls soooo much fun! hee hee, I am a dork.

In your pictures, is that an earthship (self-sufficient home w/recycled materials...) in Taos? Kinda looks like one. I took a tour of one of those last summer. It was really cool - too bad they would never work in the swamp we call H'town.
