The other day I ordered delivery from a Chinese place and had it delivered to my work. I always look forward to seeing what kind of silly fortune is hiding within the cookie after eating the food. Most of the time you get one of those fortunes stating something so obscure that it will pertain to your life in some sort of way.

This time it was a little more direct and kind of "matter-of-factly". It read: "Today your luck has completely changed". I laughed and ate the cookie and threw the slip of paper away. I figured it can only be good, because my luck is not too good to begin with. Well, the last couple of days have not been too 'spiffy' for me, and today promises to be shitty already for reasons I will leave unspecified. Has it been that my luck was just mediocre and got me through by a cunt hair, instead of this percieved "bad" luck?

I guess we'll see how much of this one I can read into. I usually take these things with a grain of salt. It will be fun to see all the things that happen in my life, in the next few weeks, that I can trace back to a piece of paper I found in a cookie. Or until I forget about it, whichever comes first.
