i LOVE london drugs. there isn't anything like it out here in the east, and when i'm home in ktown, it's my favourite place to hang out.
i never ask people's permission to photograph them on the street. unless it's a homeless person, and then i usually give them a buck or two when i ask. if anyone freaks out i tell them i'm from the university paper, but i haven't really had anyone freak out lately. but i know how you feel, it took me years before i felt comfy doing street photography.

hmm.. i don't think you should get a tat if it doesn't mean a lot to you. i mean yeah. the black swirly arm thing does look good. but i think that if you wanna brand yourself forever with something you gotta love it and think, "other people don't have this tattoo, and i do, coz it means a lot to me and says something about me." i dunno how that could work with a black swirl. i think you have to see a design and then say "i want it" instead of saying "i want a tattoo" and looking for random designs. it should be more than "nice" or "good looking".. sorry for writing so much
