Crappy weekend #2:
You may remember last saturday, me talking about getting a ticket on my scooter for running a yellow light. While that was pretty shitty, and i'm going to be broke because of it, nothing can compare to todays story of crappy scooter things that plague my life.
So, I was really bored today, and I just wanted to do something, so I'm like OK, i'll go for scooter ride... it started out awesome... there was a girl in cook street village who had the exact scooter as me, and we were driving side by side, which I thought was pretty surreal. Anyhow, that ended, and thats also when the fun ended. I decided I would go up fort and drive to the oak bay area... a few seconds later, i'm driving up where that shell gas station is... and i'm behind this fucking SUV and some other dude, and I can't see shit...
All of the sudden everyone stops really abruptly... I pull on my breaks as hard as I could, but to no avail... I smash into the back of some guys nice looking sedan, at about 30-40km/h... My tire gets lodged underneath his bumper, and my back end flies up in the air, and I too, get the same punishment...
Now, before you get worried... the damage was minimal... or from what I can tell... but either way, the guy gets out, and asks if i'm ok... i'm like yeah... there is only some scratches on his car, so he decides to just let it go, because he doesn't want to deal with any ICBC crap... which is good for me because I would have been at fault, even though there was nothing I could do about it...
Anyhow, so my bike has a few problems with it now, as far as looks go, but i can fix those tomorrow... nothing major...
What sucks is... After this happened, my wrist hurt a little bit, and i'm like, well thats fine, its only a little wrist hurt... but now its a few hours since this happened... and my body fucking kills! my arms won't stop aching and my legs were basically smashed up against my handle bars as I was being flung forward, which have now developed into some nice bruises... it hurts man! it really hurts. Oh well, nothing I could do except medicate with alcohol and pain killers YEAH!
Anyhow, if I ever find that old lady who thought it might be a good idea to cross the road on a very busy street, and go really slow, I may just have to strangle her to death... fuck it all.
