First meeting over... success. When I came into the meeting, he said to me "my interest is luke warm" and by the time we were done, and hour later, he told me that he is "very interested". In fact, he even called back within 10 minutes of me getting back to the office. This is a good sign i beleive... i didn't talk to him though, so we'll see what happens.

UPDATE:

Just got word from my boss... another meeting tomorrow at 10am with my boss, and him and another boss that works there. She seems to think the deal is in the bag, so i'm excited I did good, if I don't say so myself.
