For all of the non canadians out there who have been asking me what Boxing Day is... Basically, its the day after chismas. Every single store on the face of the planet (the planet being canada) comes out with super sales to try and entice you to buy all their shit. I would say its the most successful capitalist day in the universe... but i managed to not spend one penny this boxing day.
Most big stores, such as furniture and electronic stores, usually extend the sales to 'boxing week' to maximize on their profits. You can usually find a pretty good deal too if you are looking, and willing to get up really early in the morning, or deal with canabalistic mobs of strung out shoppers.
