I beleive the dictionary to be wrong in the case of what a non-human is.

The opposite of a human is a dead human, not a non-human. Because chimpanzee's cannot ever be humans, just as we can never be chimpanzee's. They don't call us non-chimpanzee.

But aren't we sort of chimpanzees in some respect? Isn't their DNA like 99% the same as ours? So you could say we're 1% non-chimpanzee or 99% chimpanzee, couldn't you?
