This took a good long while, but I finally did it. Flat tummy. Lost a bunch of weight over the last little while, but there was that one little bit of pudge that just wouldn't go away. Well, its gone now, and it shall never return! Muahaha!! Actually this time two years ago I was a mess. Had fairly active rheumatoid arthritis... which usually only effects people in their 60s or more, but I drew the short straw from that hand and got it 30 years early. Was in constant pain, out of shape, and just bleh. Did a lot of reading, changed my diet, found an actual good doctor (which was surprisingly hard to do) and figured things out. Now, back in shape and no more pain :D There is still work to be done though... want to see if I can get some abs going on ^.^
