I went for a thai massage today. I'm not quite sure how I feel about it. My shoulders and upper back seemed really tight and to need the massage but it was so painful I'm not sure the tension released. My lower back is so tender it's unbeleivable it feels bruised. Part of the massage consisted of my arms being steped on. Those were sore to but seem okay now. The part where they pull you and do assisted yoga with you was too short and I was surprised at how inflexible I seemed.
Today, I walked into yoga class and then right back out. I almost cried I'm so attached to yoga and I was sad I didn't stay. I didn't stay 'cause I literally couldn't find a spot to fit in and it made me feel really self conscious like I was too fat to fit in the room or like the last kid getting picked on a team 'cause no one moved to make room for me. Needless to say that's why I had the massage today and it was cool that I called, made the appointment and went in all on the same day.
I played Monopoly with my mom on Christmas. I did not go into debt for Christmas and I'm really proud of myself for that.
I started sleeping with a swinger and his friends it's pretty fun! I do wish there were more girl on girl action though or any for that matter.
