I've entered a bet with one of my assistants over who can loose the most weight and I totally think I"m going to win with about a 15 lb. loss in two months. I'm still all about the Bikram yoga. I'm thinking about quitting smoking after my birthday. My goal is to look/feel/be better at 30 than I am now.

Happy Birthday, sucks not have something to do on your birthday. My 30th was in Vegas, but it wasn't as glamours as it sounds.

i had a friend who swore by Bikram .. I am sure things will pick up soon .. LA is a weird town that way .. .
