Today was my mom's and my best friends birthday.
I went to the race track with my best friend and then to dinner with my mom.
I have the blahs.
My crush called me this week for business purposes and I have listened to the message about 50 times.
I keep hurting myself during yoga 1st it was that I was stiff everywhere when I wasn't doing yoga and especially when I was trying to sleep, then I kept pulling my right behind my knee whatever that's called, then my neck hurt when I put pressure on it and now, this is most concerning I have irritated a nerve. I am experiencing sensations like ants crawling underneath my left leg and then it feels like if the insides of my leg were rubber bands and someone stretched the rubber band to the max and then it snaps sending horrible shooting pain throughout my leg. I guess these symptoms are similar to those of restless leg syndrome and it's preventing me from sleeping well because that's when I feel it the most. I actually went to the doctor for this one and she really didn't tell me anything helpful and it hasn't gone away and it's inhibiting me from doing certain poses in yoga. It just seems like everytime I work further into stretching my body I'm going to hurt a new area and that the pain could be endlesss and that makes me sad since I like doing yoga so much.
Oh and I was trying to see if I could go for 30 days straight but, I didn't make it because my car died once and once I was scheduled at work during the only 2 times that day that class was offered. The other 28 days I made it. Yay!

Good job on the 28 days, pretty impressive. So is the nerve problem recent? Nerve issues suck, I used to have a "heavy" tingling in the foot, that wouldnt stop. They gave me some drugs, they blocked it but made me slow and groggy all the time.
