I'm confused about exercise.
Well yoga specifically, I've been taking Bikram now for a little while and I have questions. I should probably post this in a group but here goes.
1) Is it normal to feel stiff after class and throughout the day following class?
2) Can I go to what my friend already calls hot sweaty yoga if it's lady time? I know a lot of videos warn you against it but, I don't understand why.
3) Can I loose weight just doing yoga alone?
4) Can I and should I still go to the gym and do cardio later in the day after taking the 90 minute yoga class?
I guess that's it between the yoga and work I haven't had time to do much else.
