So yeah, Opeth. Fucking Opeth. Amazing band.
Again, they got the growly thing going on, but they also use clean vocals sometimes.
And they even did one all acoustic, pretty mellow, all clean vocals CD called "Damnation", which is sort of a companion piece to "Deliverance". That was all a few years ago. They're pretty prolific so they put out a lot since then. Really great, talented band.
My fave song of theirs is "Death Whispered a Lullaby"

Never heard of these guys. Gave the video a listen, and that dude's voice is amazing. Their sound is very Sabbath meets Allman Brothers. Kewl!
