Wow, called again this morning about the heat and the dude showed up like 15 mins later, so I actually know somebody was here. I was impressed.

Apparently my landlord is on vacation and he's got some other guy running his bitch errands, a guy who really doesnt seem to like my landlord.

I found out that the pilot in the furnace keeps going out and that it's because our landlord is too cheap to put the proper doors on the closet its in so it has the right air flow to the thing.

So I now know to keep the one closet door open until dumbass replaces the doors, which I will bring up to him when he's back. I also watched how to light the pilot, which isn't any different than the water heater one, so no more waiting on ppl to come do that.

I guess the guy also looked at our washing machine yesterday and said it's pretty much in need of replacing, which is what I've been harping the landlord to do for awhile now, since about the 7th time he "fixed" it at least.

So yeah he's going to have a nice "to do" list when I find out he's back from his vacation.
