I think it's candid talk time for me and my district manager.

I want the promotion and the raise I was supposidly promised back in the fall, at the very least if I'm going to stay there.

I would really like my current manager to no longer be either employed there, or at least demoted. She's a horrible manager and everyone knows it but nobody apparently has the balls to bring it up.

I keep getting offered a higher paying job literally right across the hall from my store, so I do at least have something to fall back on which is actually sounding more and more like the right thing to do.

It definatly won't be as fun of a job when it comes to products and just general atmostphere, but it's far from horrible and I have friends working there.

So anyways, hopefully this shit gets sorted out soon because I feel like I'm at my ropes end most days.
