My housemate Tom and I tried to pierce my other nipple tonight... didn't quite make it. We left the forceps on too long before attempting the puncture, and all the blood that had collected within the opening of the forceps hardened the surrounding engorging tissue to the point where the needle got caught about 3/4 of the way through, just before the needle's full diameter made it through to the exit side.
