Obviously you can't really beat the original voice, Frank Welker. But David Kaye as Beats Wars Megatron and Corey Burton as TFA Megatron are definitely not far behind in terms of delivery. Fred Tatasciore would have to be my second favorite. His voice is that of a tyrant leader. It's accompanied by the selfish and uncaring disposition of the War For/Fall of Cybertron version that makes it my favorite version of Megatron (all the characters really).
