After a day of overconsumption I decided that food was taking advantage of me. I have begun my 5 day fast. Now on day two I feel completely aware and in control of myself. I have been hungry, but nothing that really would constitute for pain enough that I'd need to eat. In a few days the feeling of hunger will leave me. I would remain on this diet for up to two weeks but I want to work up to that degree of fasting. And some would call it starving yourself, yes. But if you really look into it, you'll realize that its giving all your organs a break. It feels fantastic thus far. I think I'm going to fast every Wednesday from now on.

Not so much. I WANT to not eat so its kind of really fulfilling, actually. If I get pains I may eat 2 or 3 strawberries or craisins. I can't believe how much money I'm saving also!
