Actually the website does not share a lot of sexuality. It mostly shares nudity. Yes, some people talk more openly about their sexuality, which is fine, but pornography and overly sexual dick/vagina pics.  But actually, I think it is okay to compliment someones breast, they are not sexual after all! Know their job. It´s important to define what type of tattoo you like. Find people who have that style.

You must browse through their portfolios and speak to them about what you want. If they are into it and do a drawing you like, go for it. If you doubt, you better not do it :)
