well..... my time started with Taye, and will end with
DarrylDarko . I couldnt have been sandwiched between two finer photographers. It is time for me to go shoot flowers and still lives and let the uber talented Darryl kick some SG butt.
I am really looking forward to the bay area getting its due with this great photog. ....
I will be stepping away from SuicideGirls very shortly, but I do want to say that I have met some AMAZING people along the way.... First on that list is the amazing Taye ... a friend far before SG ... still and forever a friend. Wenzdai , who is my surrogate daughter and is as talented a photographer as I have ever seen. Some absolutally FANTASTIC members and SuicideGirls... Bradley, who has enough positive energy to light a major city, Dino, who showed me juuuuust how tough a model can be (30 degree ocean waves up the backside without so much as a whimper), Savana.... a connoisseur of fine wine and rib numbing Roller Derby jams. Aleon , who has the most perfect body I have ever had the privilege to shoot... and an even finer personality. Toxic , Who is the embodiment of the SG membership... a person who persevered, and ultimately was recognized as the stunning woman she is. The amazing and glorious Rigel for ... well, for putting up with me. My deepest apologies to Bob, for not being talented enough to come through for her... fortunately, she has more that enough talent to do the job. Dice , ... phew... if one looks in the dictionary for the definition of sensual one will see a picture of this amazing woman. Peace out to Kiari , and R3X , who where the models for my favorite shoot of all time... no, it didn't make the front page... but it was epic nonetheless. Xzlah , the patience of a saint, the body of a pornstar, the soul of a true friend and the first person i would call in an emergency.
My last farewell is reserved for Cheyenne... anyone that truly knows her is in love with her. Anyone that has spent more than an afternoon with her is hooked like a big fish, and glad to be hooked. In 59 years I thought I had pretty much seen the whole book.... then someone like her comes along and teaches you just how deep and genuine a person can be. She has the heart of a lion, and strength we all can only hope to attain...
There are MANY members, SG's, and assorted staff types that I haven't mentioned... but suffice it to say they are in the book I am just finishing, and will be prominently mentioned on the signing tour!!!
