..OK, so the holidays are kicking in at the salon and ALL our "1 inch of roots" clients are screaming for an appointment yesterday!! So much for planning in advance...

oh my god! I know what you mean, all my clients seem to get together on a Friday, after deadline, and decide to renegotiate there marketing campaigns in order to relaunch it with the next issue. I usually end up banging my head on the desk thinking "you couldn't have thought of this BEFORE 4:45 on a Friday??" It's the same concept... it's amazing how far a little pre-planning can go wink It's not like they don't KNOW their hair is going to grow, leaving roots. Sheesh.
