HELP ME PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE :'(
I'm seriously at a loss here and REALLY REALLY need some help....
graham (the ex of three years whom i broke up with back in Nov.) has a laptop that is on a payment plan through my sympatico(internet) account, he has not been making the payments on it, it has all been being paid for through my Credit card. he's now refusing to return it to me after I found out that he had not been keeping up his end of our verbal agreement (to pay the phone bills, which were also in my name) I know i'm not going to see the 560.95$ in unpaid bills from him, but I need to get the laptop back from him somehow because i dont wanna keep paying for him to have something that he doesn't deserve.
is there anything I can do?! he's really pissing me off and being a huge child over all this bullshit.....would it cost much to take legal action against him in this situation?
*cries* I just want him to get the fuck out of my life forever....
