Apparantly, not raining for 20 minutes is enough time for the volleyball courts to dry out. I disagree. I guess today will be the first day I play beach volleyball in bluejeans and a sweater.
Outlook: Kinda sandy.
I was kinda hoping the games would be cancelled as a friend of mine's fringe play is on (the only time this week it doesn't interfere with work) at 6. If I get to the courts and nobody's there I'm going to be more than a little annoyed.
This weekend was interesting. I went to a fabulous show on Friday (Soul Mates... see it if you haven't) and had some delicious food with miss cirdt on saturday. Saturday evening held dancing up a storm with the edmonton crew (and select members from down south, which was dampered only by learning the party I skipped on Friday was apparantly hella cool.
I could talk about the other bad stuff from the trip to the bar but I think char1es has that covered.
Sunday I went to a motorcycle show and museum exhibit with my family and cirdt. I want a motorcycle so much... it would bring me untold amounts of glee. It also would be significantly cheaper to run than the gigantic truck I'm driving at the moment. My bicycle just doesn't cut it anymore.
Perhaps if I painted racing stripes on it?
Now accepting recommendations for Fringe shows to go and see.
