Felt too good about life so applied for mortage pre-approval. Discovered it's a great way to quickly lose any impression that I'm "responsible" or " mature" or "worth consideration." On one hand with rent creeping up on 1300 for my place anyhow getting a different place makes sense but "compromise" isn't something I'm good at and I'm pretty sure I'll be forced to at least some o' that right quick.
Other news? Life is pretty awesome. Work slowly but surely becomes more about my field of expertise and less about money. Videogames are just as fun as always and I don't have any big expenses (like a wedding) on the horizon so that's good times.The weather is taking a turn for the silly but hopefully that'll bring with it a decent season of snowboarding.
Final thought: if you ever get the opportunity to watch Primus play live do so. It was at "Edmonton Event Centre" (formerly Red's) which was a bit of a drag but they're definately in the top three concerts I've seen this year (which included Tool and Weezer, among others).
