Tonight I drive down to Calgary for a two day Microsoft conventiony thing. Should be fun and an excuse to see family (since I haven't gone to Calgary in, oh, a year or so... since a rather stressful choir trip). Have I mentioned how much I love my iphone? Not having to drag a computer with me just for internet access is something I really, really appreciate.
I'm going to Moose Jaw for Christmas. Did you know they triple the ticket price to fly on dec. 28th? Which is more important... drive and pay 1/3 the cost but take two cars (ew emissions, yay money) or fly and break the bank (yay public transit, boo getting raped by air canada).
Tough choices.
In other news I also love that I have a blu ray player that also streams media from my pc to the living room. It also plays games but that's neither here nor there. It does however, I feel, weaken my argument against throwing money at a plane ticket since clearly throwing money around is what I do.
In closing, it is weird not being a University student anymore.

We're moving on the 15th if you feel like making a trip down to haul some boxes. If not, you guys are welcome to drop by some time. Not sure what we'll do for housewarming as we certainly didn't have one at this place. Guess we're about due.
