Wow. I got my power bill today and casually opened it... expecting it to be much like every other power bill I've had.

I was incorrect.

Apparantly there was some "miscommunication" between midwest management and epcor and myself and when I took over billing they started reading my meter for water and "drainage" in June but didn't bother notifying me that those were under my jurisdiction until now.

So now I have a bill 5x its normal size as I am being charged for 4 months of water and such. This displeases me. Epcor's position when called? "Sorry about your luck."
