I am ashamed to admit it but my weekend was dominated by a cute anime girl/robot. I left half an hour later than intended to go to a party because I didn't want to leave on part one of a cliffhanger. Given that was at e:30 and the food wasn't served until 9-ish I figure it's okay.

The party itself was, as always, a good time. Lots of people there, some whom I hadn't seen in while... most of whom however were members of the regular crew. The only downside was the shitty weather... the first one I went to (this was the sixth annual) was nice enough for us to enjoy a good game of football as well.

That is "good football" as in "where the people at the party play and enjoy themselves" as opposed to "bad football" which is "watching the Eskimos lose again."

Just thought I'd clarify.

Among the highlights? Watching the Towelie episode of South Park with soleil and freakpirate. Not exactly a cinematic masterpiece but, I think, something that we all should watch at some point.

Last night was Red Hot Chili peppers which was a whole lot of "woo!" with just a smidge of suck. The show was great... the stoned/drunk guy beside me dancing like an idiot and who (as well as his friends) slowly pushed me out of my seatspace was notsomuch. I'm used to fighting for my own on the floor; I'm not really sure on the protocol on dealing with out of their mind guys in the stands. I fear the domino effect would lead to innocent bystanders and I'm not a fan of that.

But yeah... great concert. Also people need to play Crazy Taxi far more. That game is too cool for school. That's right; I said it.
