Hello and good day everyone.
Saturday was a blast. I played WoW for more than enough time, did a little bit of straightening up, and then headed with my parents to grab some necessities. In honour of my new garden I have an actual hose with which to water (I had, to this point, been using one of those watering belts that was left here... wet but it worked). I also had a delightful dinner at mongoli grill... man that place is faboo.
Also, much like Cheers, I cannot go there without at least one person who knows my name being there. That's always nice.. this time a group of former choir people who seemed to be doing well. More importantly, however, is that they decided they didn't want to wait for a table... bumping my parents and I up. I win.
Capping off the lovely night was a party which was truly one of the best of the summer. Hot tubs are good times... even though I was perhaps a little more verbally abusive than I should have been at some points. One's idea of "good fun" skews at high alcohol levels. Also at 4 in the morning.
Sunday was, as all good after-party days should be, a nice and relaxing morning spent watching Napoleon Dynamite with the hosts and their soon-to-be roommate. Once I was good to drive we then proceeded to the nearest KFC/Taco Bell where we were served by some of the stupidest fast-food employees in the universe (yes, I know how strong that phrase is). Except when the party host was kind enough to break my window control in my car it was one of the best weekends I've had in a while. I don't think I even had a major emo flare up until pretty much the end of the night which makes me happy.
