Well then. My birthday has come and gone; thank you all for the well wishes . It was fairly low key as I spent most of my time in my hometown. I did go snowboarding however... believe it or not Sunshine is kicking more than a little ass at the moment. More importantly it finally was a sunny day at sunshine which I didn't think ever happen.

Bringing down the tone of the weekend a bit was the fact that I've swallowed my pride and taken a job at Future Shop. 4 years of University so I could work retail; I am not amused. On the plus I was really quite brutally clear with them that I was switching as soon as I could find a job in my field so if they want to hire me after that... it's on their heads.

I guess I'll try again in may when everyone else is on the job hunt... more fresh competition but maybe more entry-level openings as a result? I dunno... here's hoping.

It looks like Cirdt and I are moving soon; today I need to convince a bunch of people to give me reference letters so we can impress the boots off whomever deals with such things. Part of this involves a letter from my current employer; is day 2 a bit early? I have a suspicion... It would be nice to have a place with a basement though so the clutter would be decreased. Having no downstairs neighbors is a nice touch too though.
