Alright, now that I'm over that-- hello again! You guys don't understand how much I miss having an internet connection at home. I'm now updating my journal here from the makeup shop's computer and... uhh... I could probably get in trouble for this if someone found out. Bah.
So how's life going for all of you wonderful people out there in computer land? I've got a busy plate in front of me as always-- you know-- homework, tech week, cleaning, laundry, eating, and trying to have a social life all at the same time... gotta love it.
Anyway, I'm super psyched about this trip I'm going on in December to work with Apache children at an impoverished native american reservation in Arizona... the only problem is that the trip is costing me $370... (yea, it is a lot of money) and I had no clue it was going to be that much. Volunteering for free is one thing (I'll definitely give my time etc for helping kids out!) but spending that much money is another.
The only way I can get the cost of the trip down is to sell these stupid raffle tickets. If any of you want to be dolls and help me out by purchasing a raffle ticket, please e-mail me at redfingerpaint@hotmail.com
oh, the raffle tickets are $1 for 5 $100 gift certif's to BEST BUY and $5 for a $500 gift certif. And if you buy the $5 ticket you also get entered into the drawing for the 5 $100 prizes. And if you don't win, you'll be helping me out... a lot. Uhmm...
Now that I feel all like a dirty used cars salesman, I think I'm gonna end this entry and go take a nice long shower.
