I have slept this entire day away.
I could easily sleep until tmw.
I need coffee so I can at least make it until bed time.

Actually ended up having a nice time with friends having dinner

because I love them with sushi!!

Hello Migraine.
Thanks for the birthday wises.
Im sleeping this day away.

Wide awake.No sleep in the near future.
I feel as if if I have had more time awake then sleep the
last month.
I feel like shit,im exhausted,my brain is too loud.

UGH fuck I want real sleep.....

im so beyond frustrated.
If I had some SORT of medical insurance I could
TRY and get meds for this RIDICULOUS insomnia.

Wednesday is my birthday.
37 this year.
That is all.

Its Friday.
That is all.

The sun is shining,yet I feel my black cloud never ceases.

Someone cheer me up.
So I managed another month here.

Depression truly sucks.Having health issues does NOT help.
I miss running and such but most days I feel sickly or no energy because of said illness's
trigeminal-neuralgia
cluster headaches
lupis (still have yet to get that actually diagnosed but 90% chance I have it)
