Geez, what a week that was. With Bush in the country for three days (officially) then my editor decided that they were needing an article everyday if I could manage that. 5.30am starts all this week.Sheesh...Ended up the week wishing the Texan would just go, whilst thinking him a slightly better orator than before. Arguments still flawed to hell and the web of lies got bigger but hey...can't ask for too much!! .

Started reading the NY Times book reviews as I only have 6 books awaiting me on my too read shelf. Here was an education.

The words they used...like WTF!!. inchoate, phantasmagorical, hagiography, peregrinations, deracinate,internacine, solipstic, venal, bovine, exegsis, shibboleths,pusillanimous.

I had the great sadness, once I pulled the dictionary out of my underwear that most of them can be used against me. .

Never again will I think Americans as illiterate compared to ...erm....us ...eh ....Brits.

Anyway I'm boring you now.... Heres hoping for a quieter week ahead.
