The sense of smell is highly linked to memory. Some aromas remind us of people and some other stages in our lives.
Many times I related smells with sentimental moments in my life.
The smell of rain !! Is one of my favorite scents, not only the smell but the cold environment that the rain provokes
The perfume of my mother, since I have memory, sweet smell and floral, always makes me feel at home
The smell of a book! I have some favorite books, several of them I read more than once, I love the smell of leaves. I do not know how to describe it, but reading on paper is still something I enjoy with pleasure
My favorite scent for my perfume or soaps, are the fruity and citrus aromas. They make me feel cooler
But as good Mexicana! Not all my favorite smells have to do with the environmental scents. I love the smell of a bakery 💖 I love entering when they are baking the bread and feel the sweet aroma that always makes me hungry! LOL!!
The smell of traditional Mexican food while it is being prepared is the best snack! The aroma of the tacos, the aroma of a "pozole" the smell of freshly prepared tortillas are my favorite aromas of my country.
