hey so some of you know that in the virtual reality world of Second Life, my mom is a fashion model, a photographer, and a sky dancer. I would probably describe sky dancing as a combination of marching band, modern dance, and cyberpunk pyrotechnics. All online of course. There have been actual news articles about sky dancing and it's a really hot idea. Well, I've just been informed that someone is making ACTION FIGURES of all these sky dancers, my mom's avatar included. how weird is that? My mom is essentially going to have an action figure made of herself as a sky dancer. I'm not sure I could envision little kids pretending to be sky dancers with their action figures, but this sounds like just the thing for nerdy anime figurine collectors... (hey I have 3 of these so I can make fun of them) It'll be interesting to see how well Anhinga Chaika action figures sell on the open market.
