first day of school, woot! I can't help it, I honestly love going to school, although my grades from the end of last year beg to differ. I had a biology of disease class this morning, which I think is going to be rather interesting and math. Honestly, I hate math BUT my proff is freaking beautiful
and not the, "well she is attractive or...

The girl that rubbed me up & down in the women's room was not you, I know that for sure.
You'll have your chance, though, if you come to the next Havana outting !
Those shoes' (crap. I don't know where to put the apostrophe on "shoes") cuteness hide their blister-making evilness!

For those of you who liked picture books more than pesky novels as a child, skip to the end for "my week in pictures" . Or if you don't feel like reading all of this right now, I guess I understand.

When you went to get batteries, were you able to cross the street, or did the wheelchair race block your way?

so last night rocked. At the end of work I had a burst of energy and halfjack and I decided to go celebrate st. patty's day like any good non-irish individual and drink green beer, or in my case miller lite (yeah I'm classy like that) at punknite. We had soo much fucking fun!! I got to meetPunkNiteMike who I hope to see more...

Yeah I saw the CSI and the HBO special too. It was a dragon costume. They tend to leave their windows open, so I'll have to take another gander tomorrow.
Back in Dayton from the mini "vacation" back home. Good to be back to my apartment where I can sleep in and not wear socks (for some reason my mom likes to get on my about not wearing socks around the house. She thinks my toes are going to fall off due to hypotherma or something). Don't get me wrong, I love my mama and...

hey, thanks
i studied english literature at university, because whilst i love all things drama-y at 18 the people around me were getting a bit too diva for my liking, and it was hard to find somewhere that would let me focus solely on the technicial side. and reading/ writing is what i do with my time so it made good sense to do english. i'm glad it's over though!!
i can't wait to see 300, it's out later this month. i wasn't sure at first but since reading reviews and listening to the general hype i'm all excited now
how you felt after seeing it was really interesting to read too. i'm definately reassessing some beliefs at the minute, even those i didn't realise i had, in terms of how to be the person i want to be, and how i attempt to get there. hmmm.
hope you have a great weekend. i'll helping my parents sell this house and going to see the new one by the beach

Getting ready to gear up and go home to see the moms for a couple days. It's always nice to be able to go home, relax, take a bath (there is no way im taking a bath in my apartment bathroom) and read. At least that is always what i think it is going to be like. Now, depression's not a million laughs
But suicide's too dang'rous
Don't go leapin' out of buildin's
In the middle of the night
It's not the fall but landin'
That'll alter social standin'
So go first and ask your father
And I'm sure he'll set you right
Sayin' "Take her in your arms
And tell her that you love her
Take her in your arms
And hold that woman tight
Won't you take her in your arms
And tell her that you love her
If you're going to love a woman
Then be sure and do it right"

Well, of course I think I'm better than the rest of the US working public. But that has nothing to do with art school; it's just because I'm a pompous ass.
No, but seriously, I caught so much shit from so many people when I gave up painting to pursue sculpture. The art community here is so caught up in its own reflection, I swear no one remembers is supposed to be for the love of it and not for the praise of itself. Anyway, I shouldn't rant. Next year, when I open my gallery, it'll be on my terms and that'll be good enough for me. If you ever come out west, I'd be happy to show you what's going on in the scene here.

I just typed out an entire blog about how insanely busy my week has been and how I am excited to chill and watch Buffy today.........and then I erased it! So instead of rewriting all the fun stories, I'm just going to say.....sushi, strippers and way too much socializing.....I'm exhausted and need a break. This week I have been catching up with old friends and...

Nope, no finals! Just that one short essay (actually it's the review of the literature part of my 20 page sociology paper) and that's it! Zodiac is definitely worth seeing, though it doesn't need to be seen in the theatres. I can't wait to see the 300, Angus and I promised to wait so we could watch it together, so I'll probably see it next weekend!

I suppose it's about 70 here...not quite as warm today...but it's supposed to be 78 on tuesday...I'm looking forward to it soooooo much

Last night was amazing....I woke up in the middle of the night and it was raining and all of a sudden there was one bolt of lightening and one clap of thunder. Then it stopped raining and i thought, "fuck yeah, spring you're here". It put me in a great mood for the day. Honestly, sometimes I get a bit crazy during the winter, but...

im so excited, im feeling better and tomorrow i get to go down and work in my stu-stu-studio for the first time in two weeks!! I think this is the longest I have gone without working or at least stopping down there. I've found if I go for a little more than a week without working I tend to get rather anxious and a little...

that picture looks great! i neglect my drawing work mainly because im such a horrible perfectionist...i think thats why im better with my piano than with art..but i way appreciate everyone else's artwork =)
i find anything retail is just...a killer, it slowly sucks the life out of you unless you have a real interest in what you're selling or you own and craft the stuff...im glad the research pays better and i guess it'll do till you move to grad school right?
well i will see what i can do about checking out the moma =) im in new york thursday then utah till sunday next week...i cant wait but i keep forgetting because i booked it all so long ago and it doesnt seem real...its weird...im stressing that i'll forget i have to go and miss my plane or something terrible like that!
how come you have to take maths to graduate? im a bit of a dork and i loved maths in school, everything bar mechanics that is, just cant get my head round forces and turning circles and points of...uhh whatever it was hahah
i've been going to classes and chilling out this week, trying to sort out a photographer to shoot a set with, which i have now found...and we're trying to work out a decent place to shoot i'll have to do some emailing and begging i think =) but hey its all in the name of fun and capturing the fact that you're only young once!
