I'm currently on campus (I'm never here, I normally go on for classes and then bolt) studying for a math exam. I hope it goes well bc I'm currently rocking it with a 100 percent, oh yeah, me, painter chick who has put off math for about 4 years has not missed one point. I think that may change today just bc who the hell gets a 100 percent on their math test? not i.
I ran into a bunch of chicas from my women's studies classes. they are passing out female condoms, giving out bumper stickers (i got one and it is going on my day planner asap) and all kinds of feminist goodies. Unfortunately the pro-lifers came out to protest FMLA (feminst majority leadership alliance). I have nothing against the lifers, at all, believe what you want to believe, I don't have to agree with your view point and vice versa. They came out armed with their life propaganda aka dead fetus signs (which are not accurate at all) that are about six feet tall and OF COURSE about 4 little kids running about. This is one thing I hate, they are using their own kids to "make a point". The kids do not have an opinion or knowledge of the politics and philosophy behind being pro-life or choice, don't bring them into it. The campus cops came up and told the lifers that they have to at least be educational instead of using shock propaganda. He then came over to the Fem booth and told us he was sorry that he couldn't kick them off. That we were trying to educate while they are using scare tactics. Plus one for the campus cops!
My computer is sick. I'm scared. I just bought it. I'm going to have to get my bro or someone to look at it and then.....take it in. I hate doing that. bah. Oh and tonight poetry slam with donations going to the aids resource center!! Hopefully I can make it!

Wish I did gender studies or the like in school. Can't believe the Lifers still use such archaic tactics. That's absolutely below the belt to use your own kids.
On a lighter note - I love slam poetry - is there a fair bit in OH?
Well I am I don't know if I'm pro-life or pro-choice to be honest with you! I use to be pro-life totally against it..but now I'm not for it..but I'm not going to judge someone for the choices they make. It's their body, their choice and who am I to say it's wrong for them?
