So I survived my surgery. I'm a little sore, but all the meds really help, so it works! I've gotten to sleep most of the last two days. I have to get cracking on some Boxer Rescue stuff. Got to save the puppies! We have a lot of great dogs up for adoptions...www.boxerrescue.com.
So, what I wasn't expecting after surgery was how completely DISGUSTING my foot was. They should like give you a warning about that when you get a cast on. Like "prepare to look like a leper!" But I start physical therapy on Monday. I'm a little nervous, but I'm hoping it will go well and won't hurt to much. I guess it's just one step closer to being all healed!
I need to get some money together for some things. I just spent $140 on new clothing, $100 on Jason Mraz tickets, and paid $600 on my credit card. I'm just trying to make it so I'm not in the red with anything other then school loans. I just can't afford that shit, ya know? I know buying my lap top last summer was really expensive, but it works so well and I'm a lot more organized now that I have it. So I feel like it was a worth while purchase...and it was my first really big buy that I paid off all myself.
Anyways, I'm so drugged up I don't really know what to talk about. I just can't wait to be able to go out and have fun. I'm going to make the cute boy take me out for dinner and drinks.
