My first day of my two week vacation and I'm booked full with appointments, meetings, and necessary chores.

Also, I had a cigarette last night which I'm really regretting now. BLAACH! Well, at least I know I'm over it.

And I'm grumpy this morning. I don't want to go talk to my therapist about my dad. I don't want to think about it. I don't want to do the angry thing today.
