Tortellini Soup
2 cups Chicken broth (2 cans)
1 Pkg. ready-made cheese tortellini
I can White Kidney beans- Drained and Rinsed
I can Italian diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 1/2 t dried basil
1 T Red wine or Cider vinegar
Parmesan Cheese
1 lb Chicken Breasts cooked and cut into bite size pieces
~ Pour ALL cans into pot and simmer 10-20 min.
~Add spices and Vinegar
~During last 5 min. (or according to Pkg.) pour in Tortellini.
~Add Chicken and sprinkle with Parm. Cheese
I'm home from school once again. My daughter spent the entire night throwing up. So that makes 3 out of 4 of us that have been inflicted with this disease. Everyone needs to hurry up and get over this. My school work is really suffering. And next week I'm gone for 3 days.
This morning I had to wake up my sick kid, put her in the back of the car, and pray she didn't puke while we drove to school to drop off two papers I needed to turn in today. My prayers were not succesful.
