greetings friends!

once again, hope all you sg vegans enjoyed world vegan day - easier to commemorate when you know it exists! i went to the annual festival with my animal liberation victoria crew. i finally joined the world society for the protection of animals now that i'm old enough also bought lots of cool stuff then ran out of money as always, dammit! but still an awesome day

am working a few days a week for my friend amy at her shop. it is quite lonely being stuck underground all day, but i do get lots of reading done and get to play whichever cds i like also applied at the organic food and wine deli and am starting to develop a friendly relationship with the owner. she is still training up the new managers she's hired so she said she could likely take me on closer to christmas.

at world vegan day i was also invited to apply to another veggie/vegan restaurant in the city, but the day the manager told me to come in it was closed ... i will follow through on it though as one of the postions advertised was for a barista - i love making coffee as long as it's organic and fair trade

the black market (my favourite living band ) are back in melbourne next weekend! and the weekend after that carl and i are going to wollongong to see the 'gong branch of the east coast loose cannons, yay! even though one of those family members will be in melbourne from tomorrow, and the next night is one of my favourite people's 21st birthday and the day after that is the annual comedy tattoo show
