hello sg land!
i was without internet for a while and have spent time over the last few days trying to catch up with this crazy pink world, but have resigned to the fact that i will never get on top of everyone's adventures cos too many of you update twice a day!
the unseen/disables weekend was ace
mark unseen is a genuinely sweet person - he made himself available to talk to each individual who wanted to chat with him, including fever! check out her journal for another account of mark's loveliness. also had a nice get-to-know-you with tripp, the rest of the band were hide-in-their-rooms types. and of course it was most lovely to spend time with my favourite brisbane sons 
won't see them again til christmas.
and it was rad hanging out with fever too! she had a really awesome time here and i was so pleased! may be seeing a lot more of her if her journal entry tells it like it is
i am quitting my job tomorrow. it is a corporate load of crap in disguise. possibly just in disguise to me. anyway, i'm giving in notice now but planning to stay til the end of october just for the wage. but once a week has passed on my date of notice i can walk anytime, and if the urge arises i will.
i've got casual (1 or 2 days a week) work lined up running my friend's label shop for her. thinking of filling in some more days at the social research call centre one of my favourite people works at. but mostly looking forward to having a holiday from working in food (except for food not bombs, which i will have more time to commit to) and spending more time helping my sister with her babies.
have applied for this degree in Music Industry/Event Management. a good friend is wrapping up this course now so i've got all the info i need from her and she's taking me on a tour of the campus in a few weeks. it's very near my boyfriend's house, so if i get in i will move into his place. i want to move in with him regardless - it feels like we hardly see each other these days.
my birthday is next month. carl might buy me a digi-cam as a present so i may show you lovers what i look like! i'm going to adelaide the weekend prior with mispent youth, the black market and more to play with the jerks, life-affirming times ahead!
