worked all day and then tonight steph and i watched "the beach" in order to get riled up for our trip to thailand in 2 DAYS!!! of course it was leotastic. we drank beer and screamed a lot at the silly hippies. in fact, we acually almost hurt ourslves laughing at the part where they have a funeral for this one guy who gets eaten by a shark, and then they have a funeral, and people say special meaningful hippie things... and then this bearded guy sings " redemption song" really badly. oh sweet jesus. hey, don't get me wrong i was a big ole hippie, and i love me some hippies, but i guess it just hit too close to home.
oh, and we made indian food, which should have been super yumtastic to go with mr. deleolicious ( ha) except... stephanie mistook the salt for the sugar. and we kept adding more and more, and wondering why it wouldn't get any saltier? and did she put too much honey in? suddenly, i questioned the validity of the white substance in the container...
