Just another Wednesday, I'm afraid. You know what I do? I put Highway to Hell on the phonograph, turn my amp up loud and pretend I really am in ACDC.
Granted, I've had some moderate success with music, I've even been on the radio. One of the greatest moments of my ridiculous existence was at 0630 driving to work to SEGA to test video games (my actual job, no shit) and all of a sudden, the DJ says, here's a new track "Gold" by an Oakland band....LET"S ROCK!!"
I fucking wrote that song, had vinyl pressed, did a college/AM release, and it got played while I was listening. Fucking heaven. I never heard that particular song again, but who fucking cares?
I don't really have anything much to say today...just thought I'd blog for the fuck of it. Tomorrow maybe I'll tell you about the time our band opened for Greg Allman. That's quite a story, trust me.
